As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Broker with strong Property & Casualty experience to join the team.
The RoleThis is a broad, client-facing position, working closely with the leadership team and managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients.
- Managing and developing commercial client relationships across a range of industries.
- Providing advice across a broad spectrum of Property & Casualty risks.
- Handling renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.
- Negotiating with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen existing relationships.
- Delivering a high level of technical and relationship-led service.
- Working collaboratively within a small team where everyone plays an important role in the success of the business.
