An award-winning international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate (c. 4-7 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team.
The corporate group is recognised as a leader in both domestic and cross-border M&A. Acting for well-known corporates, financial sponsors and management teams, the practice is regularly instructed on high-value and complex matters. The team combines the scale and resources to handle major transactions with the agility to support clients on day-to-day matters. With top-tier rankings in Chambers and Legal, the group is particularly well known for its sector expertise across technology, media, retail & consumer, business services, insurance and financial services - working with some of the largest and best-known global brands.
This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including:
- Private M&A (core focus)
- Public company transactions
- Private equity deals
You will enjoy early responsibility, significant client exposure, and the chance to help drive business development initiatives. The team prides itself on being collaborative, commercial, and innovative - always looking to provide practical solutions for clients.
About you:
- 4-7 years' PQE with strong corporate/M&A experience
