The insurance market is consolidating quickly, and for many Senior Account Executives that’s meant losing the family-feel culture they value most - replaced with excessive personal sales targets, micromanagement, and less freedom to do what’s right for clients. Here, you’ll join a family-run brokerage that’s proud of its culture, while benefiting from the strength and stability of a major group behind it. We’re looking for a Senior, hands-on Account Executive to inherit a book worth around £200k+ income, act as a trusted senior figure, and step onto a clear path to leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Account Management: Managing the businesses key accounts, including complex property cases (£5k-£250k premiums).
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Being a referral point, a problem fixer and guiding and coaching an extremely stable and capable team.
  • Collaborative Growth: Supporting the branch’s overall growth target - achieved as a team.
  • Strategic Input: Playing a role in shaping the future of the branch.
