IDEX Consulting is working with a leading wealth management business that requires a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. Recently moved into brand new offices, just a short walk from the city centre train station, the business continues to be an exciting place to work for many staff who have demonstrated genuine progression across front and back office teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is required.
- Preparation of meeting packs and valuations.
- Maintain back office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Qualifications
Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, the successful candidate will require recent and relevant experience within a similar function, ideally within a Financial Advisory business.
