About the FirmAn international practice, with offices across Europe, Africa and North America, are recruiting for a lawyer to join their leading Corporate Group in their London office. About the RoleThe team advises a broad client base - from listed companies and investors to governments and emerging businesses - on equity capital markets, private and public M&A, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, and strategic reorganisations.You will support clients in the energy transition, natural resources, critical minerals, battery storage, technology and infrastructure sectors on complex, cross-border corporate and financing transactions About YouYou will be a solicitor with 3-6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate, gained at a leading UK or international law firm.Experience in corporate, M&A and ECM would be ideal.
