An international law firm whose Intellectual Property team is one of the leading IP practices in the world is recruiting for an 2-4 PQE Associate to join their practice.

About The Role:

As part of the team, you will play a key role primarily handling contentious IP matters, including disputes related to trade marks, copyright/designs and trade secrets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in some transactional IP matters, including M&A transactions, projects and licensing deals. This will service large and small clients from a range of industries, including TMT, FMCG, fashion, life sciences, financial institutions, entertainment and the arts and energy.

About You:

You will be a 2-5 PQE Lawyer with a solid foundation in both UK and EU intellectual property, gained from an equally leading IP practice.
