An expanding regional commercial insurance broker is looking to free up time for one of their Commercial Directors and pass on some of their commercial clients to a new recruit.
The role will be focused upon developing the client relationship by leading the face to face contact with the senior personnel. You will also need to manage the required activity via the support team to ensure that the client service is of the required standard. You will lead by example and be encouraged to develop technical excellence within the office and your own individual personal development.
They are seeking a candidate with the following criteria:
- Insurance qualifications (at least to Cert CII level and progressing)
- Experienced servicing commercial clients
- Relationship building skills, confident communicator, takes initiative
- Good technical knowledge
- Working experience in an external role
