I'm working with an award winning independent broker to recruit a Senior International Benefits Consultant to deliver the key strategic goals of some of their largest clients. Due to the nature of this business, the role is much more varied than you'll find at some of the larger brokers.
Day to day, you'll be helping clients to launch, embed and manage complex country solutions, assist to develop, implement, manage and track a cohesive global benefits strategy and support management of multinational pooling solutions.
Looking for someone who has a good mix of professionalism, whilst not being too corporate, a solid project manager, forward thinking and innovative. They've created a great culture which they're keen to maintain as they expand, one of the main selling points of working here.
