I'm partnering with a market-leading broker that's looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Consultant as part of an ambitious growth journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in its people, with genuine scope to develop your career while managing your own portfolio of 25-30 clients. You'll build long-term relationships, provide strategic advice and proactively identify opportunities to add value beyond the annual renewal. One of the biggest attractions of this role is the support around you. You'll work alongside experienced Consultants, Account Managers and Subject Matter Experts, giving you access to exceptional training, mentoring and expertise to help you continue developing your career. You'll be working with a portfolio of predominantly US-owned organisations, so experience in this area would be advantageous, although by no means essential. More important is someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, is proactive, highly organised and enjoys building strong client relationships. The role is fully remote, with offices available if you'd prefer a hybrid setup. You'll just need to be within around 2.5 hours of London for monthly meetings. With ambitious plans to grow the team over the next 12 months, it's an exciting time to join a business where progression and increased responsibility genuinely exist. If you have experience advising clients on Group Risk and Healthcare benefits and are looking for your next challenge, I'd love to hear from you.
