The Opportunity As part of a growing professional indemnity team, you'll: Manage a varied caseload of complex professional indemnity claims from instruction through to resolution Advise insurer and professional clients on liability, indemnity, policy coverage and litigation strategy Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, adjudications and other forms of dispute resolution Draft high-quality pleadings, reports and legal advice on technically challenging matters Work closely with Partners on significant, high-value disputes while enjoying the autonomy to run your own files Support and mentor Junior Lawyers as the team continues to expand Play an active role in business development and strengthening long-term client relationships About You You'll ideally have:5+ years' PQE gained in professional indemnity, commercial litigation or a comparable disputes practice Excellent technical ability and strong commercial awareness Confidence managing your own caseload and building trusted client relationships Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills A collaborative approach and the ambition to continue developing your career within a growing team Why Make the Move?This is more than just another professional indemnity role.
