Responsibilities:
- Servicing a portfolio of SIPP commercial properties.
- Actively involved with property purchases, sales, sharing and all transactional work, as well as managing complex tax return information for HMRC.
- Processing VAT returns, invoices, lease renewals and monitoring rental payments.
- Liaising with Solicitors, Accountants and clients via telephone, email and letter.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a current Residential Property Administrator, Financial Services or mortgage administrator or working as a SIPP Property Administrator.
