Do you have a background in Financial Services, Mortgages or Property Administration? IDEX Consulting is working exclusively with one of Glasgow's leading SIPP providers in the search for a SIPP Property Administrator. Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a portfolio of SIPP commercial properties.
  • Actively involved with property purchases, sales, sharing and all transactional work, as well as managing complex tax return information for HMRC.
  • Processing VAT returns, invoices, lease renewals and monitoring rental payments.
  • Liaising with Solicitors, Accountants and clients via telephone, email and letter.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a current Residential Property Administrator, Financial Services or mortgage administrator or working as a SIPP Property Administrator.
