A well-established mutual insurer is seeking an experienced Pensions & Annuities Manager to lead the strategic development and management of their growing annuity portfolio on a contract basis.
The Role
You will take ownership of a significant book of business, driving profitability through pricing optimisation, reinsurance strategy, and new business initiatives across both individual and bulk purchase annuities. This is a genuinely strategic position where you will shape product innovation, manage regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with actuarial, underwriting, and finance teams.
