An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Review-Focused Financial Advisor to join an award-winning national firm in a home-based capacity. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who enjoys nurturing existing client relationships, conducting thorough annual reviews, and delivering high-quality, ongoing financial advice rather than focusing on new business generation.
The firm works with employers across the UK, providing trusted financial advice to workplace clients with a particular focus on pensions, retirement planning, and holistic financial well‑being. Location: Home-based (Ideally local to Bristol for occasional meetings)
Package
- Base Salary: £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
- Uncapped bonus structure linked to quality and volume of client reviews/advice
- Full back‑office and paraplanning support

Key Requirements
- Experience in financial advice
- CAS status (Competent Adviser Status) essential
- Strong background in pension and retirement planning
- Comfortable conducting client reviews and maintaining long‑term relationships
