WPR are pleased to be partnered up with a specialty broker in the Lloyd's market for a strategic-thinking Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team in London on a permanent basis, with the flexibility of hybrid working. In this vital role, you will act as a trusted adviser, offering valuable financial insights and analysis to support decision‑making across underwriting, finance and operational functions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, ensuring financial strategies align with business goals. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you’ll challenge and influence outcomes while translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Key skills and experience required include:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
