What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, motivate and manage the outbound lead generation team to hit sales targets and KPIs
- Develop strategies to drive new business for the SME insurance division
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure a seamless lead generation process
- Monitor performance, analyse data and report to senior management
- Ensure FCA compliance and industry best practices
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive, high-energy culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in outbound lead generation
- Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance within financial services
- A motivational leader who thrives on developing people and driving success
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Acturis knowledge = a plus!)
