Are you a highly experienced mortgage professional seeking an exciting new challenge? Have you the skills to lead and grow a mortgage operation within a dynamic wealth management practice with huge growth plans?
I want to speak with people who can demonstrate a track record of success, are entrepreneurial, people managers and able to collaborate with senior management to take a successful mortgage advice operation on to the next phase of its ambitious growth plan.
Within this role you have several specific areas of responsibility:
- Providing first class, whole of the market mortgage advice to clients
- Developing and growing the mortgage advice team in terms of performance and headcount and fostering a clear team ethos
- Responsible for new business development utilising existing corporate clients and third party stakeholders
- Working closely with senior management with regards to growth strategy, recruitment, regulatory changes and industry trends
- Identify and improve processes, service, and collaboration
