This firm is a well‑established, Bristol‑based financial planning and wealth management business with a strong growth story and a genuinely client‑first culture. Part of the wider group, they advise over 13,000 clients and manage £3bn+ in assets, giving them solid scale without losing that boutique feel. What makes them stand out is their blend of in‑house capability and tech - including their own investment platform so advisers have more control, flexibility, and support when delivering tailored solutions. They've been expanding rapidly through acquisitions, but with a clear focus on maintaining client relationships and supporting advisers rather than disrupting them.
This role will see you being responsible for the telephone based team that provide desk based advice and support to private and corporate clients. This is a hybrid/ flexible role - ideally 2-3 days per week in their office in Bristol.
