Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is seeking a talented Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join its Employment Law team in Edinburgh. The team provides advice to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues, including:
- Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings)
- Whistle-blowing
- Employment tribunal advocacy
Clients span a variety of sectors, including health-care and the public sector, offering exposure to challenging, high-quality work.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor (Scotland) with 2-6 years PQE in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge with a commercially focused approach
