Established Employee Benefits consultant and looking for something a little bit different? I'm partnered with one of the key intermediaries in the market to recruit a Benefits Strategy Consultant to their Southern team. If you're feeling like you've reached a ceiling as a "Consultant" and are looking to utilise the experience you've gained over your career in a more strategic way, this could be the role for you.
You'll be responsible for delivering strategic and management consulting projects, supporting clients to develop and effect major change for their benefits programmes, identifying business opportunities across existing clients and prospects, and providing expert insight and strategic recommendations on all aspects of benefits programme design.
