As Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Financial Advisers across experience levels, shaping performance and development in a regulated, client-focused setting. You will coach, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with operations to ensure compliant, high-quality financial advice. Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans and set individual objectives
  • Coach and mentor to enhance Adviser capability and outcomes
  • Take ownership of team performance against business goals
  • Collaborate with operational and technical support teams
  • Drive training initiatives and maintain high compliance standards
  • Oversee performance, regulatory compliance and development of advisers

Key requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS)
  • J07 or equivalent - desirable
  • Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
  • Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements
