Idex Consulting is working with a leading national IFA firm in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare paperwork for planning meetings (agendas, valuations, performance reports, trust forms, etc.)
- Liaise with providers to obtain client product details and prepare illustrations
- Submit and monitor new business
- Process existing client transactions (withdrawals, top-ups, bed & ISAs)
- Manage fund switches, proposition changes and rebalances
- Maintain accurate client records across platforms (iO, Papercloud, Moneyinfo, Truth)
Experience
- Financial services experience with FCA regulation knowledge
- Proficiency in iO and Excel
