This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in pensions, group risk, healthcare, and flexible benefits who wants to grow their career in a supportive, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for clients, delivering seamless service
Support consultants with documentation, compliance, and operational delivery
Maintain accurate client records and assist with reporting and dashboards
Collaborate across teams to support business development and client engagement
Skills & Experience
Knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, group risk, and healthcare benefits
Familiarity with FCA regulations and financial services platforms (Intelligent Office or similar)
Strong client service, communication, and attention to detail
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable
