This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor with a general litigation background who wants to develop their specialism in contentious private client matters, including disputes involving wills, estates, succession and inheritance. You'll join a supportive team where you can manage your own cases, work directly with clients and play an active role in growing the department.

What will you be doing?
Managing your own civil litigation caseload, with a focus on contentious private client disputesAdvising clients on disputes involving wills, estates, succession and inheritance, alongside wider civil litigation mattersHandling court actions, preparing legal documentation and undertaking court appearancesWorking closely with clients, Counsel and other professional AdvisersBuilding strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practiceWho will suit this role?
Solicitor with experience in civil litigationIdeally up to 10 years' PQE, with contentious private client experience an advantageConfident managing a caseload independently and progressing matters with minimal supervisionA strong communicator who can handle sensitive disputes with professionalism and empathySomeone proactive, commercially aware and keen to develop their expertise and careerWhat's in it for you?
