This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the success of a national adviser population—supporting individuals from day one through to confident, high-performing Advisers. You'll be at the heart of both training delivery and real-world performance, bridging the gap between classroom learning and on-the-job success. From leading engaging training sessions to coaching Advisers as they embed into the business, your impact will be visible from the very start. If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same—combining facilitation, coaching and continuous improvement—this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging training across induction, soft skills, technical advice and systems (virtually and face-to-face)
- Supporting Advisers pre- and post-induction to ensure they are confident, prepared and set up for success
- Coaching Advisers in real time—listening to calls, providing feedback and supporting development
- Acting as a key link between training and performance, identifying trends and feeding back into programme improvements
- Supporting Advisers through their transition into the business, particularly at early/pre-CAS stages
- Collaborating with learning & development and wider business teams to continuously enhance the training offering
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience delivering training within wealth management or financial planning
- Level 4 diploma (essential), with Chartered status desirable
- Experience coaching or supporting Advisers, ideally early in their careers
- Confident facilitator across both technical and soft skills training
- A proactive, supportive approach with a genuine passion for developing others
- Comfortable balancing structured delivery with hands-on, one-to-one support
Why Join
This role offers the chance to be part of a business that is genuinely focused on improving access to high-quality financial advice and making a meaningful difference to clients' lives. You'll have the autonomy to shape how Advisers develop, while being supported by a collaborative learning & development function and a wider business invested in long-term success.
Benefits
- 30 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy/sell up to 5 days
- Private medical insurance, life cover & health screening
- Pension contribution up to 15% matched
- Flexible cash allowance to tailor benefits (e.g. dental, gym, additional leave)
- Bonus scheme (post-probation)
- Access to financial advice
- Flexible & hybrid working options
