This leading Scottish firm is currently looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its expanding team in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of litigation work on behalf of a variety of businesses and private clients.

You will represent your clients in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and handle a range of disputes including property, commercial contracts, landlord and tenant, professional negligence, contractual and debt recovery matters.

To be considered you will have a strong background in disputes work along with excellent knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures. You will have the ability to handle your own caseload and have a confident manner.
