This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the success of a national adviser population-supporting individuals from day one through to confident, high-performing Advisers. You'll be at the heart of both training delivery and real-world performance, bridging the gap between classroom learning and on-the-job success. From leading engaging training sessions to coaching Advisers as they embed into the business, your impact will be visible from the very start. What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging training across induction, soft skills, technical advice and systems (virtually and face-to-face)
  • Supporting Advisers pre- and post-induction to ensure they are confident, prepared and set up for success
  • Coaching Advisers in real time-listening to calls, providing feedback and supporting development
  • Acting as a key link between training and performance, identifying trends and feeding back into programme improvements
  • Supporting Advisers through their transition into the business, particularly at early/pre-CAS stages
  • Collaborating with learning
