We’re working with a top-tier international law firm that’s looking to hire a Derivatives & Structured Products Associate into its highly regarded Debt Capital Markets team in London. The Opportunity
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team advising on a wide range of sophisticated matters across structured finance and derivatives. The role offers genuine exposure to complex cross-border work, strong partner access, and excellent long-term development prospects. Key Areas of Work
- On- and off-balance sheet structured products programmes
- Securitised and OTC derivatives
- Hedging arrangements linked to structured finance transactions
- Structured repo and securities lending transactions
- Repackagings
- Regulatory advice relating to the above
What They’re Looking For
Technical Strength- Strong grounding in derivatives and structured products work
- A proactive approach to developing technical expertise
- Awareness of legal and regulatory developments impacting the market
- Motivated, reliable and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Working Arrangements
- 35-hour working week (9:30am–5:30pm, with flexibility where required)
- Hybrid working model– up to 40% remote, 60% office-based
