We’re working with a well-established independent financial planning firm that’s looking to hire a talented Independent Financial Planner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Adviser with 2-5 years’ experience who’s confident managing client relationships, generating new business and delivering holistic financial planning advice.
You’ll benefit from an existing client base, including a number of long-standing relationships transitioning from a retiring Adviser, while also being encouraged and supported to build your own portfolio of clients.
The Role- Provide comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and IHT planning
- Take over a warm portfolio of established clients, ensuring continuity of service and building long-term relationships
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate referrals through professional connections, networking and client recommendations
- Work collaboratively with Paraplanners and Administrators to deliver compliant, tailored financial advice
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards in line with FCA regulations
- Basic salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
- Attractive bonus structure linked to performance and new business generation
- Client bank provided, with additional clients available through succession planning
- Hybrid working (office-based and client meetings across Worcestershire)
- Excellent administrative and paraplanning support

- Diploma qualified (level 4) Financial Adviser, ideally progressing toward Chartered status
- 2-5 years’ experience providing regulated financial advice
