The Role

In this exciting role, you will join the corporate team, playing a key part in advising a broad range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to private equity and venture capital deals. This will service clients within the media, entertainment, technology, music, TV and fashion industries. Additionally, you will gain exposure to all stages of the deal process, from initial client meetings to transaction execution and post-closing matters.

Who You Are

  • A qualified lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE in corporate law, gained in an equally leading law firm in the city.
  • A proven track record or interest servicing clients in the media and entertainment sectors.
