About the Firm
A leading international law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in competition law is recruiting for a competition lawyer 1-6 PQE to join their busy practice.
The Role
As part of the role, you will work on a variety of high-profile and complex matters, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues. You will join the firm’s competition team advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, cartels, market investigations, abuse of dominance cases, distribution agreements, and state aid matters.
Skills and Experience
You will be a qualified solicitor with 1-6 years’ PQE in competition law, gained from an equally leading practice. You will ideally be England & Wales qualified, although candidates from Australia and New Zealand will be strongly considered. A strong understanding of EU and UK competition law principles, with experience in dealing with competition authorities (e.g., the CMA and the European Commission) would be a bonus.
