This leading Scottish firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh. As part of this role, you will be dealing with a variety of property work including sales and purchases of a variety of assets and commercial leasing matters. You will also handle property finance transactions.
The team is one of the largest within the firm and comprises of highly experienced Solicitors. This role offers the opportunity to build your skill base within the Commercial Property arena. You will handle your own transactions and deal with a variety of work including negotiations of leases and deeds of servitude along with other transactional commercial property work.
Solicitors with a background in residential conveyancing looking to move into Commercial Property will be considered.
