This international law firm is looking to speak to Commercial Property Solicitors to join its high reputable team. The team is highly successful and handles a diverse range of work on behalf of its national and international client base. This is a great opportunity to assist highly respected Partners with all aspects of commercial property transactions. The work is diverse and complex and you will focus on development, investment, landlord and tenant matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist highly respected Partners with all aspects of commercial property transactions.
- Work with a diverse client base including government bodies, utility companies, property and development specialists and lending institutions.
- Be involved with site acquisition projects and assist with large, complex investment and development transactions.
- Opportunity to be involved with cross-border transactions.
