We\βre looking for a talented Commercial Energy Associate (1-4 PQE) to join a leading Energy & Regulated Industries team in London.
About the Role
Energy is one of the most dynamic and high-profile sectors in the UK, providing lawyers with the chance to work on complex, impactful projects that shape the economy and political agenda.
You\βll be advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts (from long-term power purchase agreements to multi-party industry codes) and supporting on major energy transactions-including project development, financing, and sales.
Our clients span governments, regulators, utilities, developers, suppliers, and corporates, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships across the sector.
This is a collaborative, non-hierarchical team that combines commercial and regulatory expertise. You\βll have direct client exposure, plenty of responsibility, and support to grow your career in one of the UK\βs top-ranked energy practices.
About You
We\βre looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Solicitor, 1-4 PQE
- Experienced in commercial contracts (essential)
- Familiar with the energy sector (desirable)
- Strong in research and confident in delivering clear, pragmatic written advice
- Client-focused, commercially minded, and keen to learn
