The ideal candidate will have 1-6 PQE and can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds. The On-Site Team currently consists of around 20 Solicitors and Paralegals, divided into 6 practice teams: Property Commercial Litigation Construction Operations and Regulatory Competition The Commercial team consists of 5 lawyers. The role reports to the Principal Lawyer within the Commercial team. The team works 2-3 days in the office per week and remotely for the rest. The ideal candidate will be: 1-6 PQE Experience with various types of contracts, including operation and maintenance, goods, services, outsourcing, and consultancy. Familiarity with IT contracts, including software licensing and SaaS models, is advantageous. Salary: £65,000+ per annum.
