IDEX Consulting has been retained to recruit a Claims Handler/Senior Claims Handler to join a fast-growing MGA based in Nottinghamshire. If you have a passion for boats and sailing, this role may be especially appealing to you!
The role involves handling claims from start to finish, ensuring customers are kept informed and comfortable throughout the process. The company has developed its own claims system, and you will manage claims in-house under various binder agreements.
You will handle a range of personal and high-net-worth claims from owners of pleasure crafts, including superyachts, sailboats, dinghies, and jet skis. No two days will be the same, providing an opportunity to think proactively and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing claims from inception to resolution, whether in commercial or personal lines. Candidates with a background in claims broking or loss adjusting will also be considered.
