What You Will Do:
- Assist partners and senior associates on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and debt restructurings.
- Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents, and manage complex transaction processes.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, lenders, and other advisors across diverse industries and jurisdictions.
- Stay current on legal developments and market trends in leveraged finance.
What We Are Looking For:
- A UK or commonwealth qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1-3 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience).
- A strong academic background and a current practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in leveraged finance, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm.
- Excellent technical skills, keen commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a drive to excel.
