Overview

A national wealth management business is looking to hire a Chartered Financial Planner to their existing, long-standing team.

Due to a continued increase in AUM, along with succession planning, high net worth (HNW) clients are available to inherit, helping you hit the ground running and quickly settle into the team.

Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of financial planning and client advice, including complex and higher risk areas (eg EIS/VCT/business relief/IHT/trusts), to support clients and the business.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with professional introducers and participate in network events to introduce new clients.
  • Collaborate with an established investment management team and work with full paraplanning and administrative support provided.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Financial Planner or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and complex high-risk areas (eg EIS/VCT/business relief/IHT/trusts).
  • Proactive attitude with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and generate new business through introducers and networks.
