The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a Technical Project Coordinator to support a high-profile organisational change and transition programme within a complex engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive coordinator with experience supporting business transformation, organisational change, transition programmes, PMO or project coordination. You'll play an important role in ensuring change initiatives are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively while working alongside experienced programme and change professionals.

The Role

Reporting to the Management of Change Lead, you will provide project coordination, governance and administrative support across a major transition programme. You will help ensure organisational change activities are effectively planned, tracked and communicated, supporting the successful delivery of programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of organisational change and transition activities.
  • Coordinate Management of Change (MoC) documentation, governance and programme controls.
  • Maintain change registers, action trackers, risk registers and decision logs.
  • Track organisational change impacts, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops and engagement activities.
  • Prepare governance packs, reports, presentations and programme updates.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones, escalating risks, issues and delays where appropriate.
  • Liaise with project teams, business functions and operational stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Support readiness assessments and implementation planning for organisational changes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management processes, reporting and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements and health and safety standards.

About You

You'll be a highly organised and detail-oriented project professional with experience supporting organisational change, business transformation or transition programmes. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders and producing high-quality programme documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Change Coordinator, Business Transformation Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation, action logs, risk registers and governance records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to produce accurate reports, presentations and programme documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting organisational change, transition or business transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of Management of Change (MoC) principles and governance.
  • Qualification in Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience within engineering, energy, nuclear, manufacturing, infrastructure or another regulated industry.
