We are growing and are on the lookout for a Candidate Delivery Manager to help us build and nurture our talent network across the UK Financial Services market.

This is your chance to move into a delivery focused role, working directly with senior consultants and Directors to drive outstanding results for high profile clients. You will be responsible for managing the candidate journey end to end; from strategic sourcing to on-boarding and helping top talent find their next opportunity.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATLAS, Pirical, and our bespoke CRM
- Building and maintaining deep talent pipelines aligned with client and market demand
- Managing the full candidate life-cycle – from first contact through to offer and on-boarding
- Collaborating closely with consultants to understand hiring needs and share market insights
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and data to support efficient processes
