The Opportunity
- Support and develop long-term client relationships while working towards becoming a fully established Adviser.
- Support the delivery of holistic financial planning advice.
- Conduct client reviews and fact‑finds.
- Assist with pensions, investments and retirement planning recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with Paraplanners and client support teams.
- Develop new business opportunities and professional introducer relationships.
- Ensure all advice and client interactions meet FCA and compliance standards.
About You
- Level 4 diploma qualified (CII or equivalent).
- Experience within financial planning/wealth management.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A professional, client‑centric approach.
- Desire to progress towards Chartered status.
- Knowledge of financial planning processes and suitability reporting.
- Experience with cashflow modelling software would be advantageous.
