Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join their highly successful wealth management team. The Opportunity
As a Personal Wealth Adviser, you will deliver tailored financial planning solutions to both new and existing clients. Taking a holistic approach, you'll build long‑term relationships by understanding each client's circumstances, goals and aspirations, creating financial plans that evolve alongside their needs. You'll utilise cashflow modelling and financial planning tools to provide clear, insightful recommendations while benefiting from our client's robust systems, infrastructure and dedicated support functions. Importantly, this is not a cold‑start role. Our client provides Advisers with a consistent flow of qualified referrals and leads, enabling you to focus on delivering high‑quality advice and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings both virtually and face‑to‑face
- Create tailored financial plans using cashflow modelling and planning tools
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and existing lead sources
- Ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty standards
- Manage your own diary and client relationships effectively
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
- Chartered status or level 6 qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
- A proven track record of delivering holistic financial advice
- Strong relationship‑building and client management skills
- Experience generating repeat business and client referrals
- Confidence conducting client meetings and presenting financial plans
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements
- Experience using cashflow modelling software
