An opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Partner or Director to join a highly ranked Employment and Business Immigration team in the Midlands. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to build and lead a Business Immigration offering in the region. You will be part of a national team advising a diverse range of clients, from PLCs to SMEs, covering all UK immigration matters and collaborating with overseas advisors for global mobility services. The team seeks a senior Business Immigration Partner, Director, or Solicitor with a strong following and referral network to drive growth in the Midlands. You will have the autonomy to develop this division locally, working alongside the wider national team. This position is also suitable for a small team from a competing private practice firm.
