Responsibilities
- Placing North American D&O (and some FI) business in the Lloyd's Market
- Nurturing existing relationships with US Wholesalers
- Developing relationships with US retailers to further enhance the flow of business
- Managing a small team of Brokers
- Growing the team by identifying market talent and assisting in the interview process
- Overseas travel (where appropriate)
Qualifications
- A solid reputation in the US D&O London broking market
- Some knowledge of Financial Institutions risks
- Existing relationships with both US wholesalers and retailers
- Team management or mentoring experience
