We're working with a highly respected insurance Broker that's investing heavily in its Bristol operation as part of an exciting period of growth and transformation. - Managing an established corporate portfolio with an annual income of approximately 400,000-500,000
- Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming their strategic insurance Adviser
- Identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio through cross-selling, referrals and new business development
- Delivering a consultative approach focused on risk management, business continuity and long-term value rather than purely competing on price
- Working with a diverse client base, including UK businesses with complex and multinational insurance requirements
- Collaborating closely with experienced Client Advisors and the wider corporate team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
About You
- We're keen to speak with experienced Corporate Client Executives who enjoy developing relationships, winning business and delivering expert advice.
- Experience managing corporate or large, complex commercial insurance clients
- A proven track record of retaining and growing client portfolios
- A proactive and commercially driven approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- A consultative mindset and the ability to provide strategic insurance advice
- Diploma qualified (or working towards it) would be advantageous
- Experience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance Broker
