Following significant investment and a fresh strategic direction, they're looking to appoint a Client Executive Leader to play a key role in rebuilding and growing their corporate & commercial division. The Role

  • This is a hands‑on leadership position where you'll balance managing a portfolio of key corporate clients with developing and mentoring a growing team of Client Executives.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Executives, with plans to expand the team over the coming years.
  • Managing a select portfolio of high‑value corporate clients, delivering strategic advice and exceptional service.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, focusing on risk management, business continuity and long‑term partnership rather than purely transactional insurance discussions.
  • Supporting the growth of the business by attracting and developing top talent.
  • Contributing to the wider strategy and continued success of the Bristol office.

About You

  • We're keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background in the corporate insurance market and are passionate about delivering strategic client solutions.
  • Experience managing large or complex corporate insurance clients.
  • Previous leadership experience, or be a Senior Client Executive ready to take the next step into management.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
  • Diploma qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous.
  • Experience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance Broker.
