The Role
- This is a hands‑on leadership position where you'll balance managing a portfolio of key corporate clients with developing and mentoring a growing team of Client Executives.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Executives, with plans to expand the team over the coming years.
- Managing a select portfolio of high‑value corporate clients, delivering strategic advice and exceptional service.
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, focusing on risk management, business continuity and long‑term partnership rather than purely transactional insurance discussions.
- Supporting the growth of the business by attracting and developing top talent.
- Contributing to the wider strategy and continued success of the Bristol office.
About You
- We're keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background in the corporate insurance market and are passionate about delivering strategic client solutions.
- Experience managing large or complex corporate insurance clients.
- Previous leadership experience, or be a Senior Client Executive ready to take the next step into management.
- A consultative approach with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- Diploma qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous.
- Experience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance Broker.
