The Role
- You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of corporate clients from day one, while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and generate new business.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing an established corporate portfolio with an annual income of approximately £400,000-£500,000
- Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming their strategic insurance Adviser
- Identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio through cross‑selling, referrals and new business development
- Delivering a consultative approach focused on risk management, business continuity and long‑term value rather than purely competing on price
- Working with a diverse client base, including UK businesses with complex and multinational insurance requirements
- Collaborating closely with experienced Client Advisors and the wider corporate team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
About You
We’re keen to speak with experienced Corporate Client Executives who enjoy developing relationships, winning business and delivering expert advice. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience managing corporate or large, complex commercial insurance clients
- A proven track record of retaining and growing client portfolios
- A proactive and commercially driven approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- A consultative mindset and the ability to provide strategic insurance advice
- Diploma qualified (or working towards it) would be advantageous
- Experience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance Broker
