Are you a technically strong Corporate Client Advisor or Account Handler ready to step into leadership? We're partnering with a highly respected insurance Broker that is investing significantly in its Bristol operation. As part of an exciting period of growth and transformation, they're looking to appoint a Client Advisory Team Leader to lead, develop and inspire their client support team.

The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the client advisory function, ensuring exceptional support is provided to the Corporate Client Executive team and their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of five Client Advisors, including graduate-level talent
- Providing technical guidance and support across a varied corporate insurance portfolio
- Coaching your team to deliver a proactive, consultative service that adds real value to clients
- Driving engagement, performance and continuous improvement within the team
- Supporting the smooth running of the client servicing function while maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery
- Helping to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture as the business continues to grow
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical insurance knowledge with a genuine passion for developing people. You'll ideally have:
- A strong technical background within corporate insurance
- Experience as a Team Leader, or be a Senior Client Advisor or Account Handler ready to take the next step into management
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and develop less experienced colleagues
- A consultative approach to client service and problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
