The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of general commercial and corporate clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role would suit a commercially minded individual who enjoys working closely with clients and has the drive and autonomy to make a real impact within an independent broker environment.
You will have proven experience within commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of general commercial risks and the ability to deliver a high-quality, consultative service. Experience across haulage, transport, logistics, or motor fleet insurance would be highly beneficial, as knowledge of these sectors would support the continued growth of our specialist client base. However, candidates with a strong commercial insurance background and a passion for developing client relationships are encouraged to apply.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, supporting retention and growth strategies, developing new business opportunities, conducting client reviews, and working closely with colleagues to establish the Bristol office as a trusted provider of commercial insurance solutions.
