Are you looking to build your career within a leading wealth management firm? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Associate to join a highly respected financial planning business in the Solihull area. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced Advisers and support staff, delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base while developing your own knowledge and career within wealth management.

The Role

  • You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their journey.
  • Processing withdrawals and ad hoc payments across ISAs, SIPPs, Bonds and GIAs.
  • Managing transfers in and out, liaising with clients, providers and colleagues.
  • Monitoring cash reconciliations and outstanding fees.
  • Processing client changes including bank details and change of address requests.
  • Producing client valuations, performance summaries and transaction reports.
  • Supporting the wider team with new business applications and account administration.
  • Managing account closures and deceased client cases with care and efficiency.
  • Ensuring all client communications are accurate, timely and professional.
  • Working closely with operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA and company procedures.

About You

  • We're keen to speak with individuals who possess previous experience within a client services, financial services administration or wealth management environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of settlements, transfers and financial services administration.
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management.

Qualifications

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Suitable for graduates looking to start a career in wealth management.
  • Candidates currently studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a level 4 Financial Planning qualification are encouraged to apply.
