Our client, a highly respected national wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Client Administrator to join their Belfast-based financial planning team.
The Role
The Client Administrator will join the financial planning team and provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as build relationships with clients to deliver a positive client experience.
Hybrid working
Office-based for first six months, then three days office/ two days home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to Financial Planners to ensure excellent client outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact
- Liaise with operational teams on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions and data updates
- Prepare meeting packs, reports and client valuations
- Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems in line with company policies
About You
- Previous experience within financial services (essential)
- Knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, pensions, investments and bonds
- Experience with diary management, client onboarding and supporting clients through processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
